Central Staircase and Circulation

A central staircase establishes the primary order of the house. It connects two levels with a direct route while allowing light to pass between floors. Timber treads, glass balustrades and vertical screening define thresholds without closing rooms, supporting legibility from arrival to the upper suites and study areas.

Open Plan Living and Outdoor Connection

The ground level is organised as an expansive open plan environment that links kitchen, dining and lounge to covered terraces and a pool court. Large sliding doors and continuous flooring create an extended living zone suitable for daily use and hosting. For process information, see our residential architecture page.
