Founded in 2002, the team at FC Holm in George deliveres architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and project management services across the Garden Route.
Our Team
FC Holm’s strength lies in its dedicated and diverse team, defined by diligence, adaptability, and a shared pursuit of excellence. We currently have two professional architects, one professional landscape architect, four candidate architects, one senior architectural technologist, and two construction managers. With a balance of seasoned experience and youthful staff, this skilled team enables us to deliver fully integrated design and project management services. Every project is approached with creativity, technical expertise, and a hands-on commitment to quality.

Graduating with a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of the Free State, his dissertation explored the rehabilitation of Bloemfontein’s inner-city recycling infrastructure. During his studies, he placed third in the prestigious National PG Bison 1.618 Annual Design Competition and was awarded the Corobrik Prize for the best use of brick in his dissertation project. The first eight years of his career were spent at SAOTA Architects, where he gained extensive experience
in luxury residential and hotel design. His work during this period spanned across Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Senegal, Morocco, and Japan, establishing a strong foundation in international high-end architecture. His passion for architecture is deeply connected to his love of art. Beyond practice, he actively exhibits his artwork at galleries and venues in Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront, Stellenbosch, and Franschhoek.
